What We Offer
Cedar Cross offers retreat space for groups and individuals, and can accommodate both day use and overnight stays. In addition to the main lodge, we have two fully-equipped cottages, an art studio, and a loft space for daytime use by individuals and small groups. For more details, and photos of our retreat spaces, see our Facilities page and Virtual Tour.
Our 52 acre property includes four miles of walking trails, with many inviting places to sit and think, pray, or contemplate the natural world. We also have two meditative walks: a Labyrinth and the Way of Jesus. Written suggestions are available to help make these walks more meaningful.
John Hilpert offers discernment in vocation, spiritual disciplines, ministry, or service. Guidance through creative expression is offered by Margaret Hilpert (see Studio page for details). For an introduction to spiritual guidance, click here.
Available some days at about 8:30 AM. Check with on-site staff regarding time.
We offer help to groups or individuals in designing retreats to meet your particular needs. Cedar Cross staff have had years of experience in leading groups on prayer, spiritual disciplines, arts and faith, money, discernment, community building and staff development. Let us help you make fullest use of the Cedar Cross environment and resources to enhance your time here.
